Shipping & delivery
Where does TrueShih ship to?
We ship to 200+ countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Asia. If checkout accepts your address, we ship there.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on destination:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 8–14 business days
- Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Asia, Middle East, Latin America: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 14–25 business days

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Promotional free-shipping offers, when active, are shown in the announcement bar at the top of the site.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For most destinations, no — orders ship from regional fulfillment hubs. For some international orders, customs or import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility per your country’s rules. We declare items honestly and cannot mark parcels as “gift” to avoid duties.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes — every order is tracked end-to-end. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If there’s no tracking update for 7+ business days, email info@trueshih.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in original condition. Email info@trueshih.com with your order number first — we’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) within one business day. Returns sent without an RA may be delayed or refused.
Who pays return shipping?
- Change-of-mind returns: you cover return shipping, with a tracked carrier of your choice.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items: we cover it — we’ll send a prepaid return label.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email info@trueshih.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and 2–3 photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
How fast are refunds processed?
Once we receive your return: inspection takes 1–3 business days, the refund is issued within 2 business days of inspection, and funds appear in your account in 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes. Email info@trueshih.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us which variant you’d prefer. We’ll arrange the swap once the original item arrives back.

Product compatibility
Which tamper or distributor size fits my espresso machine?
- 58mm: Breville (Bambino, Barista Express, Dual Boiler), Rancilio Silvia, Rocket, ECM, Profitec, La Marzocco Linea Mini, Lelit Bianca, most prosumer machines.
- 53mm: Breville (some older models), various semi-commercial setups.
- 51mm: De’Longhi (Dedica, La Specialista), Gaggia Classic Pro (with stock pressurized basket), most entry-level home machines.

Will the WDT tool scratch my portafilter basket?
No. Our WDT Needle Tool uses ultra-fine 0.35mm 304 stainless-steel needles designed to glide through coffee grounds without contacting basket walls when used with a normal stirring motion.
Is the Ceramic Burr Manual Grinder good for espresso?
Yes — the ceramic burr adjusts from espresso-fine to French-press-coarse. For espresso, dial in by turning the adjustment ring counter-clockwise a few clicks at a time until your shot pulls in 25–30 seconds.
Does The Matcha Ritual Essentials include matcha powder?
No — the set includes the bowl, whisk, holder, and scoop. Matcha powder is sold separately so you can choose your preferred grade (ceremonial for traditional preparation, culinary for lattes and baking).
How do I clean a bamboo chasen (matcha whisk)?
Rinse with warm water immediately after use — no soap. Reshape the prongs around the ceramic holder and air-dry. With daily use, a chasen lasts 4–6 months.

Orders, tracking & account
Where do I track my order?
Use the Track Orders link in the top menu, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You don’t need an account — just your order number and email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, if you email info@trueshih.com within 2 hours of placing your order — before fulfillment starts. After that, the order is locked into the warehouse pipeline and we’ll need to handle it as a return on arrival.
I entered the wrong address — what do I do?
Email info@trueshih.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. If we catch it before the carrier scan, we can update it free. If the parcel has already shipped, we’ll work with the carrier to redirect — carrier fees may apply.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is fully supported. Creating an account is optional but lets you track multiple orders, save addresses, and check past purchases in one place.

Payment & security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption, and we don’t store your card details on our servers — payments are tokenized through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal).
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices default to USD. Use the currency selector in the top-right corner of the site to view prices in your local currency — we support 25+ currencies including EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, and more. Charges still process in USD; your bank handles the FX conversion at the daily rate.
Do you offer a discount for first-time customers?
Yes — subscribe to our newsletter and we’ll email you a 10% off code for your first order, plus early notice on new arrivals.
