We want every TrueShih piece to feel right in your hands. If it doesn't, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it — no rituals required.
30-day window
From the date your parcel is delivered. We track the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Full refund
To your original payment method, including card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all accessories, inserts, and care cards.
- Sets and bundles must be returned complete. Partial returns of multi-piece sets cannot be refunded.
- Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked "non-returnable" on the product page are not eligible.
How to start a return
- Email info@trueshih.com with your order number and a short note on the reason for return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization (RA) and the closest return address (US, EU, or APAC hub depending on origin).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and write the RA number clearly on the outside.
- Ship with a tracked carrier of your choice and forward the tracking number to info@trueshih.com so we can watch for arrival.
Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed or refused at the door. Drop us a note before you ship anything back.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We'll email you the moment the refund is sent.
Exchanges
Want a different colorway, size, or product? The fastest path is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund. This avoids stock holds and gets the new piece on its way the same day.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email info@trueshih.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the outer packaging (especially if it shows damage)
- A photo of the item itself
Your choice. No return required for items damaged beyond reasonable resale.
Order cancellations
- Cancellation requests are honored if your order has not yet shipped (typically within 12 hours of placing it).
- Once an order ships, it follows the standard return process above.
Refused or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed delivery, or a refused customs charge, we'll refund the item cost minus original outbound shipping. A re-shipment will require a new shipping charge.
Non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
- Items returned in unsanitary condition or with signs of use
EU customers · 14-day right of withdrawal
If you're shopping from an EU country, you have an additional 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, exercisable for any reason. This sits alongside — not on top of — our 30-day return window. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
