2Timing

Processing time

  • 1–3 business days to inspect, pack, and label your order.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment the label is scanned.
Peak seasons

During Black Friday week and December gift season, processing may extend by 1–2 business days. We'll flag any delays in your confirmation email.

4Pricing

Shipping cost

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
  • Promotional free-shipping offers, when active, are shown in the announcement bar and at checkout.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable on customer-initiated returns.
5Visibility

Tracking

Every TrueShih order ships with end-to-end tracking. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the label is scanned and updates as the parcel moves through the carrier network.

Email info@trueshih.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

6International

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your local authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please check with your local customs office for details on what may apply before placing a large international order.

7Edge Cases

Incorrect address & failed delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only amend an address before the order ships (typically within 12 hours of placing it).
  • If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll refund the item cost minus original shipping.
  • Re-shipment will incur a new shipping charge.
8Issues

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the outer packaging and the item.

We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion — no return shipping required for damaged goods. Full details in our Refund Policy.
