Puck prep, in order
Dose → distribute (break clumps with a WDT or needle distributor) → tamp level → pull. Distribution before tamping is the single biggest fix for sour-then-bitter shots.
Care & cleaning
Rinse after each use; let wood and bamboo air-dry fully before storing. Avoid abrasive pads on coated or acrylic surfaces. A monthly deep clean keeps oils from going rancid and flavors true.
