One Drop at a Time. Cold Brew at Its Sweetest.

Slow drip cold brew unlocks flavors immersion methods can't reach — sweeter, smoother, less acidic, with the clarity you taste in good single origin.

Control the drip rate with a simple valve. Watch each drop pull color through the bed. Three hours later, pour over ice.

In Detail

Every detail, considered.

Hand-Brew Ice Drip Coffee Tower — Cold Brew Slow Drip — Ice does the brewing.
01

Ice does the brewing.

Fill the chamber with ice and let gravity work — one drop at a time through the grounds bed. No heat touches the coffee, so none of the bitterness comes with it: just the sweeter, smoother, lower-acid cup slow drip is known for.

Hand-Brew Ice Drip Coffee Tower — Cold Brew Slow Drip — One valve sets the tempo.
02

One valve sets the tempo.

The adjustable drip valve controls the rate — dial in a slow, steady drop and watch each one pull colour through the bed. About three hours later, it's ready to pour over ice.

Hand-Brew Ice Drip Coffee Tower — Cold Brew Slow Drip — Glass, top to bottom.
03

Glass, top to bottom.

A glass tower with a reusable filter in the path — you watch the whole brew happen, from ice chamber to carafe, with nothing disposable in between.

Hand-Brew Ice Drip Coffee Tower — Cold Brew Slow Drip — The slowest thing in the corner.
04

The slowest thing in the corner.

In black or white, it stands like something you meant to display. Set it dripping in the morning and the corner has a centerpiece that works while you do.

The TrueShih Guide

Dial in your ratio

Start at 1:16 — 15g coffee to 240g water for a single cup. Bloom with 2× the coffee weight for 30 seconds, then pour in slow concentric circles. Adjust grind: too fast and bitter → finer; too slow and sour → coarser.

Choose your method

Cone drippers (V60, spiral) reward a careful pour with bright, clean cups. Flat-bottom and auto brewers are more forgiving and repeatable. Match the dripper to how much attention you want to give the pour.

Care & cleaning

Rinse after each use; let wood and bamboo air-dry fully before storing. Avoid abrasive pads on coated or acrylic surfaces. A monthly deep clean keeps oils from going rancid and flavors true.

Shipping & returns

Worldwide shipping with tracked delivery, typically 10–20 business days. 30-day returns — if it's not right, reach out and we'll make it right.
