Lock In the Roast.
Beans go stale faster than you'd think — oxygen, light and humidity flatten that fresh-roast aroma within days.
This stainless canister pumps the air out and seals it shut, while the opaque body blocks light, so the beans you bought this week still taste like it next week. Push the lid, watch it seal, and keep every note where it belongs. Matte stainless in warm Beige or Coffee Brown — the kind of jar you leave out on the counter, not hidden in a cupboard.

The TrueShih Guide
Dial in your ratio
Start at 1:16 — 15g coffee to 240g water for a single cup. Bloom with 2× the coffee weight for 30 seconds, then pour in slow concentric circles. Adjust grind: too fast and bitter → finer; too slow and sour → coarser.
Choose your method
Cone drippers (V60, spiral) reward a careful pour with bright, clean cups. Flat-bottom and auto brewers are more forgiving and repeatable. Match the dripper to how much attention you want to give the pour.
Care & cleaning
Rinse after each use; let wood and bamboo air-dry fully before storing. Avoid abrasive pads on coated or acrylic surfaces. A monthly deep clean keeps oils from going rancid and flavors true.
Shipping & returns
Worldwide shipping with tracked delivery, typically 10–20 business days. 30-day returns — if it's not right, reach out and we'll make it right.
